Business Development and Marketing Officer
Nobel Hellas S.A., part of the Nobel Trust group, is looking for a Business Development and Marketing Officer (location: central Athens, on-site). This is a hands-on role supporting business development, marketing and content activities. Time is split between working on new business, content production and coordinating with the wider group on shared initiatives. This role suits an all-rounder who is curious about business, comfortable with technology, and enjoys writing and making things happen.
Duties and Responsibilities
Business development
- Identifying and researching prospective clients and referral partners across Greece and internationally
- Running outbound activity end to end
- Supporting pitches and client meetings
- Building and maintaining relationships with intermediaries such as lawyers, accountants, bankers and consultants
- Representing the group at industry events, conferences and networking forums in Athens and abroad
Marketing, content and digital
- Drafting, editing and publishing approved content across online and offline channels in English and Greek, including LinkedIn, the websites, newsletters and client alerts
- Preparing articles, posts, case studies, campaign copy and press material
- Proofreading all outgoing materials, with particular attention to names, titles and terminology
- Designing and preparing accompanying visual assets, including social graphics, presentation templates and document layouts
- Managing and updating website content
- Tracking analytics and reporting on performance
What we are looking for
- A university degree and/or relevant experience in a comparable role
- Greek and English to full professional proficiency, written and spoken
- Genuine commercial instinct
- Design literacy in Canva, Photoshop or similar
- Attention to detail and proofreading ability
- Strong organisational skills, able to run multiple workstreams against deadlines
- Confident communicator, comfortable chasing senior stakeholders for input
- Proactive ownership mentality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word, and in AI-powered applications
- Discretion and instinctive respect for client confidentiality
Useful, but not essential
- Experience in a marketing or content role, ideally in legal or professional services
- Familiarity with a CMS and email marketing platforms
- Experience using AI tools productively in a content workflow
